During
the employer registration process you are required to register as
an employer or a recruiter. You will also be required to select
a fee for services. An employer will have the option of selecting
an Unassisted (15%) or Assisted Search (20%) as described in the
"Fees" section. Only the Unassisted Search is available
to recruiters (10%). An employer is defined to be the company that
will directly employ the employee. A recruiter is a company other
than the hiring company that represents the interests of the hiring
company. Internal recruiters of hiring companies must register as
employers. Violating this registration guideline will result in
removal from the site
The gobsofjobs
fee for service is earned when a candidate is hired (even as a consultant
or independent contractor) directly or indirectly by the employer
or any of its affiliates, within a period of 12 months from the
time gobsofjobs
provides the candidate contact data or if gobsofjobs
is the procuring cause for said employer or recruiter to pursue
the candidate for subsequent hire. A fee will also become due in
the event that you refer the candidate to another employer who hires
the candidate. Fees will be due when an offer is made and accepted,
and payable upon receipt of invoice on the candidates start date.
As an employer or recruiter, it is your responsibility to notify
billing@gobsofjobs.com
with the hired candidate's start date and their first year's estimated
gross salary.
Fees
Employers:
- Unassisted
Search - The fee will be based upon 15 percent
of the employee's first year's estimated gross earnings.
- Assisted
Search - The fee will be based upon 20 percent
of the employee's first year's estimated gross earnings.
Assisted Search
services include:
- Following
your registration as an employer, you will e-mail your job
posting to assistedsearch@gobsofjobs.com.
We will post your job on gobsofjobs
and e-mail you the URL for your review.
- You will
be contacted to review the job preferences and Profile Questions
to ensure your job has been clearly defined.
- Our staff
will perform the necessary searches using the DetailedSearch,
ExpressSearch, Virtual Interview and Red Flags? to find qualified
candidates.
- The URL
of the qualified candidates will be emailed to you for your
review.
- Following
your approval of any of the candidates, we will contact the
candidate and refer them to your job posting. If the candidate
agrees, we will provide both you and the candidate with the
appropriate contact information.
- You take
it from there.
Recruiters:
- Unassisted
Search - The fee will be based upon 10 percent
of the employee's first year's estimated gross earnings.
Terms
In
the event the employee leaves or is terminated for any reason, except
as the result of a layoff, within 30 days from the date of employment,
gobsofjobs
will credit the employer in the amount of the fee paid towards the
next hire, provided;
a)
The employer notifies this company in writing within 5 working days
after the employee commenced such employment.
b)
The employer paid the full fee for said employee within 30 days
after the employee commenced such employment.
gobsofjobs
insists the prospective employer conduct their own evaluation of
the candidate. In the event that a candidate is unsatisfactory,
the employer's only recourse against gobsofjobs
is to terminate the employee within 30 days and receive a replacement
as previously stated.
Any
and all information presented by gobsofjobs
concerning a candidate, that is not available on the gobsofjobs
site, is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties
without expressed written consent.
Acceptance
of any of our candidates for interviews shall indicate full agreement
with the above terms. This agreement supercedes and cancels any
prior agreement between gobsofjobs
and your company.
