for a candidate using our Detailed Search located at the top

may also search for all of your entered keywords (i.e. 949 408),
searching only the candidates area codes. |

| To
save an interesting candidate, click the check box and click
the "Save" button. |

| To
get detailed information about a candidate, click on the candidate
ID link in the first column. |

| If
you're registered, logged in and you've posted a job, you can
run a Red Flag Analysis to highlight incompatibilities with
the candidate. |

request an interview with the candidate, click the handshake
image and we will forward your request. |

| The
keyword you searched for will be highlighted in the candidate's
resume or profile questions. |

| To
do a search of the last candidates returned from a previous
search, set the "Search From" to "displayed". |
|

| You
can also use the "ExpressSearch" by clicking on one
of the Position or Industry links, to get all candidates in
that category, |

by clicking one or more of the red lights followed by the "ExpressSearch"button,
to search multiple categories. |

| To
register, click "Register Now!", on the Home page, |

login, enter your Employer ID, Username and Password.

logging in, your account summary will be displayed. You can
click on the text links to perform the stated tasks. |

you have jobs posted you can set any ID to be the active one
for saving interesting candidates, for perfroming a Red Flag
Analysis or to take a Virtual Interview. |

| If
you are logged in, your saved candidates will be available from
session to session. Click on the number to view your saved candidates. |

| You
may temporarily make your job posting invisible to candidates
by setting it's "Active Status" to "Inactive". |

any time during your session you may click on "My gobs"
to return to the "Account Summary" page. |

| Submitting
a profile of pre-defined industry and position specific questions
for your job, allows you to describe the skillsets of your ideal
candidate as well as the importance of those skills. |

| The
"Virtual Interview" measures the candidates who have
submitted a profile against the skillset requirements of your
active job's profile. |

 |

You
can choose from what candidate pool you would like to take the
"Virtual Interview" . |

|
|
|
You
can also choose what percentage of the multiple choice profile
questions the candidate has to match exactly. The lower percentages
return more candidates. |

|
|
The
"Virtual Interview" returns the candidates qualified
for your job in order of most qualified to least qualified.
Click on the Candidate ID to view the candidate's resume and
to display the questions you rated as "Required', "Preferred"
or "Relevant", along with the candidates answers. |
