Getting Started for Candidates

Note: These images are for instruction only.
Search for a job using our Detailed Search located at the top of each page.

You may also search for all of your entered keywords (i.e. 949 408), searching only the jobs area codes.

To save an interesting job, click the check box and click the "Save" button.

To get detailed information about a job, click on the Job ID link in the first column.

If you're registered, logged in and you've submitted a resume, you can run a Red Flag Analysis to highlight incompatibilities with the job..

To request an interview with the employer, click the handshake image and we will forward your request.

The keyword you searched for will be highlighted in the job's description.

To do a search of the last jobs returned from a previous search, set the "Search From" to "displayed".

You can also use the "ExpressSearch" by clicking on one of the Position or Industry links, to get all jobs in that category,
or by clicking one or more of the red lights followed by the "ExpressSearch"button, to search multiple categories.

To register, click "Register Now!", on the Home page,

or click on the candidates image on the Home page,

To login, enter your Candidate ID, Username and Password.

After logging in, your account summary will be displayed. You can click on the text links to perform the stated tasks.

If you are logged in, your saved jobs will be available from session to session. Click on the number to view your saved jobs.

At any time during your session you may click on "My gobs" to return to the "Account Summary" page.

Employers can do keyword searches of your resume and your profile answers. Submitting both increases your chances of being found by the employer.

Submitting a profile allows you to answer similar position and industry specific questions employers will ask during an interview. If employers take their job through a 'Virtual Interview' your Candidate ID may be returned.

Submitting a profile also allows you to take your candidacy through a "Virtual Interview" with the jobs that employers have submitted profiles for.

You can choose from what jobs you would like to take the "Virtual Interview".
You can also choose what percentage of the profile questions the employer rated as required you have to match to return the job. The lower percentages return more jobs.
The "Virtual Interview" returns the jobs you qualify for in order of most qualified to least qualified. Click on the Job ID to view the job description.
